Segment analysis, showing side-by-side comparisons of satisfaction scores by demographic categories for
significant questions where applicable.

|
Graphics will be created in stand-alone format, useful for presentation and future distribution (per request).

|
Categorized listing of all answers to open-ended questions and verbatim comments, with total count of comments
per category (optional).

Provide client with all raw data, analytical document and final report in electronic form.
