Membership Voting & Ballot Processing

-  The ballot will be programmed as a one-page survey with candidates' names listed with individual hotlinks to their respective biographies.
-  Your members are sent e-mail invitations with secure link and access codes.
-  Your members will be able to click on the links that describes each candidate, review it, and then return to the ballot to cast their votes.
-  There will be an open field for write-in candidates.
-  Members may choose to access a PDF version of the ballot, print, complete and fax back.
-  Data collected will be protected and confidential.
-  Up to three waves of e-mail reminders for a higher return rate.
-  Total project fee as low as $1,600.
