CATI/Telephone Survey
Our partner, The Myers Group maintains a call center with 45 Computer
Assisted Telephone Interview (CATI) stations at its Atlanta office. All
CATI surveys are conducted by TMG interviewers using the WinCati product
developed by Sawtooth Technologies. WinCati gives us full telephone
interviewing automation including sample and call management,
multi-lingual interviewing, voice-capture open-end recording, call
disposition monitoring, and inbound and outbound calls capability. We
offer detailed analysis of your survey results custom to your
requirements.
